Teacher - Mrs. Karen Franchetto

Mme. Franchetto feels very blessed to have the opportunity to teach French at MHCS. She has taught and substituted at various grade levels and subject areas the past six years.

During one summer, Mme. Franchetto traveled to Quebec and the next summer she traveled to Nova Scotia to study and learn more about teaching French. It was an amazing time to experience francophone and Acadian culture. Mme. Franchetto has been married two years. Her husband, Renato, teaches high school Math and Social Studies in Burstall, Saskatchewan. She looks forward to sharing her enthusiasm and "joie de vivre"(joy of life) with others.
